Our orders are typically processed within 5 business days. Orders are shipped from New York City and delivery times vary based in part on the shipping method you choose at checkout. During peak times (i.e. holidays) processing times may be longer.

After your order has been processed, you will automatically receive a tracking number. If there is an issue with your tracking number, please email Support@EmptyFridgeDesign.com

Shipping options at checkout will note delivery time estimates. These estimates are provided by UPS and USPS and are subject to delay. Delivery time estimates do not include processing time.

Empty Fridge Design & Apparel is a brand new small business and we do not currently have the capacity to ship outside of the United States. If you're an international fan, reach out to us at Hello@EmptyFridgeDesign.com and let us know! If there's enough demand, we will look into solutions to expand our delivery territory.

Allow 24 hours after the stated delivery time before contacting us about a missing package! Sometimes packages are scanned early by accident.
