Shipping time estimates at checkout do not include processing time.

Orders are typically processed within 5 business days. Orders are shipped from New York City and delivery times vary based in part on the shipping method you choose at checkout. During peak times, (i.e. holidays, product launches), processing times may be longer.

After your order has been processed, you will automatically receive a tracking number and your order will be shipped via the method you chose at checkout. If there is an issue with your tracking number, please email Support@EmptyFridgeDesign.com

Shipping options at checkout will note delivery time estimates. These estimates are provided by the shipping services themselves (UPS, USPS) and are subject to delay. Delivery time estimates do not include processing time. 

Empty Fridge Design & Apparel was established in 2021 and does not currently have the capacity to ship outside of the United States. If you're an international fan, reach out to us at Hello@EmptyFridgeDesign.com and let us know! If there's enough demand, we will look into solutions to expand our delivery territory.

At the time of writing, Empty Fridge Design & Apparel only ships within the United States of America. If the shipping address you input at checkout is invalid, your order will be cancelled. Do not enter an incorrect shipping address: Empty Fridge Club cannot alter your shipping address after your package has been processed.   

Allow 24 hours after the stated delivery time before contacting us about a missing package. Sometimes packages are scanned early by accident.
